Ryan Magnon

Ryan has demonstrated a successful track record implementing quality improvement projects across multiple industries and currently serves as Vice President Quality for The West Paces Hotel Group, founded by Horst Schulze, co-creator of The Ritz Carlton Hotel Co. His current responsibilities include oversight of global customer satisfaction, key service quality metrics, process improvement, change management, and leadership training for all Brands within the company.

Ryan served as a Quality Officer in the U.S. Air Force, after attending US Air Force Flight School. As a Quality Officer, he implemented a number of successful Quality initiatives as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He then applied the same skills and expertise within the commercial real estate industry at FacilityPro, assisting companies by improving their global purchasing and supply chain processes.

After leaving the commercial real estate industry, he was part of the management team that established the first supply chain consortium for the tire manufacturing industry, RubberNetwork, saving its member companies millions of dollars annually and vastly improving service.

Ryan graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in Management. He currently serves on the Board of the Malcolm Baldrige Foundation and is a senior member of the American Society for Quality. Ryan is married with three sons, ages 7, 5 and 2 and resides in the Atlanta area
