In April 2004, the Wisconsin Forward
Award staff spoke with a group of educators from Tyumen
State University in Siberia , Russia. Hosted by Fox
Valley Technical College , these Russians came to Wisconsin
to research initiating a quality award program in their
home country. The staff is pictured here with Svetlana
Terekhova, Svetlana Chudnovskaya, Elena Yarkova and
Natalia Boldyreva.
